I think the dawn is breaking but I remain watchful and vigilant. Having this exercise to fight Procrastination has been helpful and rewarding. In this short time, I have been able to:

  • Pay long overdue energy bills
  • Tidy up some un-finished business I left pending
  • Resolve a few issues for friends that needed my technical advice
  • Write this blog series
  • Partially sort out my garage
  • Partially sort out my garden
  • Partially tackling a long-neglected form
  • Research summer vacation plans

It may not seem a lot, but apart from being work done, it is a huge mental load off my mind. A sweet feeling of victory that I am tackling a problem and proof to myself that I do not have to fall into Procrastination — I have a choice.

I write

I am feeling good. I feel confident. I can battle procrastination for 15 days. This is day nine.
